WEEK 15: GAME OVER

In my opinion, creating a blog is an essential way to develop writing skills and learn to use both academic and non-academic style while it is entertaining and enjoyable.  Personally, it has helped me not only to develop my writing skills and creativity but also to know myself deeply. Moreover, I consider that I have learnt plenty of new vocabulary and expressions and I have been in contact with both formal and informal language, which is crucial for truly knowing a language. Furthermore, the subjects dealt with were really interesting and original. When creating a new blog entry, you learn about a topic that, maybe, you have never studied or heard about before, for instance, when we have been told to write about the different types of essays, linking words, or idioms. Perhaps, it could have been useful to write about personal experiences or opinions, which lead to developing our interpersonal skills and critical opinion respectively. In a nutshell, I am very happy to have taken part of this activity and to have learnt so much from this new experience.
